Privacy

How we use your information.

ʻĀina Force collects information from homeowners, partners, and job applicants through the forms on this site. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Homeowners

When you add your property, we collect your contact details, the property address and characteristics, what you know about its wastewater system, site access, any prior estimates, your interest in financial assistance, and any photos or notes you choose to share.

Your information is used by ʻĀina Force to evaluate your property, contact you about the cesspool conversion program, and understand potential funding and project requirements. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email.

We do not publish homeowner names, addresses, or property details. We may share property information with engineers, contractors, or program partners working with us on your property, and with public agencies or funding programs when required to evaluate eligibility — and only as needed for that purpose.

Partners and applicants

Information from the partner form is used to evaluate and respond to partnership inquiries. Job application details and resumes are used only to consider you for work with ʻĀina Force.

Email

If you sign up, we may send you updates about the program. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Messages about your specific property or inquiry are not affected by unsubscribing.

Analytics and referrals

We record how visitors reach and use this site (for example, which page they arrived on and whether they started a form) so we can improve it and understand which outreach is working. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing aloha@ainaforce.com.
